Quotes & pricing

Quotes are estimates based on the information and photos you provide. Final pricing is confirmed on-site once our team can assess the actual volume, weight, type of items, and access involved. We will always confirm the final price with you before we begin any work.

Scheduling, access & cancellations

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the items being removed. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as early as possible. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, safety, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Items we cannot accept

For safety and legal reasons, we cannot remove hazardous materials — including chemicals, solvents, asbestos, and medical or biohazardous waste. If you are unsure whether an item qualifies, please contact us before your appointment.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods are confirmed at the time of service.

Property & liability

Our team takes care while working on your property, and AP Brothers is fully insured. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for items removed at your direction that you later wish to recover.

Text messaging program

By submitting our quote form and checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages from AP Brothers Junk Solutions about your request and service, including quote confirmations, scheduling and appointment updates, and service follow-ups. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service.
